Description: “Spirituality is a difficult concept to define and to comprehend. We can perform a web search for the word and get millions of responses; so, what is spirituality, anyway? Do I need to be ‘religious’ to be spiritual? What’s it good for? How do I identify my own and how do I nurture it? How do I express it? What is this ‘prayer’ business? Can I take this journey alone? Does everyone have a spirituality? Why even bother? Join Dr. Brad Leger over a cup of coffee on August 11 for a heartfelt (and hopefully lighthearted) conversation about one of the most important dimensions of our lives – our spirituality. Here’s a hint: It’s like experiencing an adventure park, so all that we can do is to hold on for a great ride!”
